Piezoelectrical elements have found a niche in the field of tool adjustment and machinining. The main advanges of these actuators (piezostack) are their high resolution and their high dynamics. Other advatages of these actuators (piezostack) are the generation of large forces and a large dynamic range of motion. The piezomaterial used in piezostack requiring high precision displacements have indicated tha accuracy depends on design and technological factors. The analyzed criteria have made possible to choose the piezomaterial of an optimal tool adjustments having a maximum displacement. The experimental investigation of precision vibrosystems by means of holographic interferometry enables one to obtain appreciably larger amounts of information about the piezoelements surface in comparison with traditional methods.
