Abstract
Introduction. The relationship between the development of chronic noncommunicable diseases and physical activity exists. Regardless of young age physical inactivity is prevalent among students. Aim. The aim of the investigation has been to investigate the relation between the student physical activity and peculiarities of change of arterial blood pressure and pulse in the process of studies. Methods. The object of the investigation have been students of Law University Kaunas faculty of Police. 801 students parcipated in the research - 348 girls and 453 boys. The methods of the investigation: the students' physical activity has been established in the manner of interrogation employing standardized person interrogation questionnaire applied for performance of society population investigations. Blood pressure was taken on the right arm using an aneroid blood pressure apparatus. The students were in a quiet state. Arterial blood pressure was tested twice: at the beginning of the first term and in the middle of the second term. The results have been analyzed according to the prepared databases collecting and processing programs and performed base management systems Microsoft Access 7.0 for Windows. [...].
