The article analyses the relations between the pre-service technology teachers' creativity and their cross curricular visualisation abilities, in Lithuania technology (home economies) teacher training is based on the interdisciplinary content. The technology content consists of four related components: textiles, nutrition, construction materials and electronics. The cross curricular content encourages students in apply knowledge to new situations and develop their creativity, A person's creativity can be judged by the main features of creativity: originality, fluency, flexibility and elaboration. Creativity is reflected in various activities of students, including educational activities such as creation of a mind map based on cross curricular technology content. In the article the quantitative analysis of mind maps is based on the counting of nodes and branches within the scheme tree whereas qualitative analysts is based on the content of this tree. These results of pre-service technology teachers arc compared with the results of the creativity by the E.P. Torrance methodology.
