In each country, development takes place according to different models as it depends on the specificity of natural, human, physical, level of informatization and institutional capital of each country, its level of development and socio-economic, environmental and normative culture of the society. In developing countries, all institutional changes continue to be slower, and the adoption of new technologies and regulations is more likely to be local than national, and therefore has a number of challenges and does not guarantee a transition to green technologies that would significantly improve the life of the society. The article discusses the role of green technologies in modern society, through which society is moving away from the concept of one-time consumption, and moves to the level of recycling, renting, which increases the lives of goods and improves consumer properties, ecosystem conservation technologies. The model of anthropogenic impact on the ecosystem, the model of calculating the implementation of circulation economy are considered and recommendations for Ukraine are given.
