Abstract (en)
The article analyses the legal relationship of national police activities with the functions of private security forces in safeguarding human property and other constitutional rights in the democratic state. The article also discusses the concept of police functions. It raises the question of what human rights security functions are liable to be called police functions and whether private security forces safeguarding property and other human rights could be called private police. The present research can initiate further analysis of human rights safeguard in democratic society and at the same time look for the chance to exploit the services of private security forces in safeguarding the human property and other constitutional human rights.
