The article seeks to bring out peculiarities of adolescents' conflicting action when teachers become their contradictors. The search determined ternary behavior of conflicting pupils: 1) aggressive teachers' treatment, 2) egressive teachers' treatment, 3) regressive teachers' treatment. The investigation was carried out with the 545 pupils under age from 12 to 16 years (7th-9th grades), learning urban, regional rural secondary schools in Lithuania. The results of the empirical research show that three are few pupils, who usually controversially act with teachers: aggressive well as egressive and regressive teachers' treatments are appropriate for 10 percent of pupils. It has also been establsihed that verbal indirect aggressive conflicting is mainly under the influence of gender (male conflicting is more invective). According to analysis data there are differences in conflicting behaviour regarding age: the younger pupils (the 7th grade) are more aggressive, as well, as egressive and regressive with teacher. Data analysis also reveals that pupils attending urban schools are more verbally aggressive and regressive when they are conflicting eith teachers, though pupils learning in rural secondary schools are more egressive.
