The business sector of tourism today faces a necessity to manage values that is critical both for the success of business performance and for a solution of related socially important and environmental problems. This paper provides a good scientific background and methodological support of due values, which would enable transformation of social networks from still dominating confrontation between business and communities to co-operative relations and social contract models.
