Abstract (en)
Many Lithuanian enterprises, firms and shops have been called by Latin words or the names of heroes and characters from ancient myths. The ways of formation of these names are different: one part of speech, a noun, agrees with an adjective, pronoun, etc. Rather frequently the name is comprised of a phrase or a combination of a noun in certain case with preposition. Occasional mistakes occur in such kind of names: either the employees do not know the meaning of the name or the name does not reflect the activities of the institution or firm. etc.
