Mažoms ir vidutinio dydžio įmonėms pasirenkant ir diegiant automatizuotas organizacinių procesų valdymo sistemas, iškyla galimų sprendinių vertinimo ir patikimumo problema. Ją sprendžiant, patikima, integruota, lanksti bei atvira skirtingų organizacinių procesų valdymo sistema yra būtina įmonių konkurencingumo augimo prielaida. Be to, būtina atlikti mokslinius taikomuosius tyrimus ir analizuoti programinės įrangos produktų kūrimo etapus. Straipsnyje pateikiama galimų automatizuotų organizacinių procesų sprendinių analizė – nagrinėjami ir siūlomi keturi valdymo sistemų organizaciniai bei programinės įrangos sprendiniai. Suformuluota galima sistemos organizacinė ir programinė struktūra, apibrėžti veiksniai, apibūdinantys pasirenkamų sprendinių patikimumą. Vertinami ir IT įmonių bandymai integruoti šias sistemas. Analizė remiasi atliktu projektu, todėl pateikiamos sistemų lanksčios integracijos ir plėtros rekomendacijos. Šis darbas parengtas pagal projektą „Integruota, lanksti bei atvira automatizuotų organizacinių procesų valdymo sistema mažoms ir vidutinėms įmonėms: moksliniai taikomieji tyrimai ir bandomojo programinės įrangos produkto kūrimas“ (identifikacijos projekto Nr. BPD04-ERPF-3.1.7-03-05/0019), įgyvendinant Lietuvos 2004–2006 m. bendrojo programavimo dokumento 3 prioriteto „Gamybos sektoriaus plėtra“ 1 priemonės „Tiesioginė parama verslui“ veiklų grupę „Mokslinių tyrimų ir plėtros veikla (taikomieji tyrimai ir technologinė plėtra)“, skirtą pramonei ir verslui.
The process of selection and integration of an automated system into business processes for SME (small and medium enterprises) leads to the problem of decision, evaluation and reliability of suitable system, especially of having the best potential for SME and the most suitable one. In order to solve such problem adequate applied research is required, along with software analysis stages. Reliable, integrated, flexible and open different organizational processes management system is an indispensable condition for the growth of enterprises competitive ability. The article presents aspects and attributes of automated organizational processes suitable for potencial decision analysis, and it deals not only with the factors related to the assessment of decisions chosen, but also estimates IT enterprises efforts of such system integration. Since this analysis is based on the performed project work, it presents recommendations for the flexible system integration and it’s future development. There are four possible decision options considered: a) a universal system developed from scratch, b) a system which exist and just advanced by some possible minor adds, c) a system suited well just for specific company, d) a platform suitable for the development and integration of flexible and adjustable components, covering all aspects of SME activities. For each of such solutions the analysis is done and list of advantages and threats is given. It is shown that the latter solution is the most benefiting for SMEs. The assessment of solutions for systems for automated organizational processes is presented for each solution in the SSGG analysis and it is based on entry-to-market factors, as well as on socio-economic ones.
