In this book, we would like to take a critical look at the basic misconceptions which since the communist takeover in Serbia and then in the rest of Yugoslavia in 1944-1945 are prevailing among the Yugoslavs, primarily the Serbs about the roles of Josip Broz Tito, his partisan movement and the Yugoslav Army in the Fatherland (the Ravna Gora Movement) of general Dragoljub Drazha Mihailovich in the World War II on the territory of Yugoslavia. These errors, ie. rather, consciously created, supported and protected by force of lies, and forgeries about the character, the actors and their roles during the World War II (April 1941 May 1945) in Yugoslavia by the communist government and state's historians have as the ultimate political goal to justify their primary military and political objective of fighting during the war – to take political power over the whole country by the means of the armed (Bolshevik) revolution and the civil war started in July 1941 by Tito's partisans in the Western Serbia.
