Abstract

It has become obvious lately, that the policemen who investigate accidents avoid preventive activity. The experience of the developed countries show that effective preventive work helps to reduce the number of accidents. The most effective preventive work of an investigator is a well done investigation. In order to avoid formality in his work, the investigator has to adduce all the reasons of the accidents found during the investigation.
