The article discusses the involvement o f parents in the pedagogization environment through andragogy systems. First o f all, education provides the family with a top-down social institution where people undergo their first and most important socialization. Socialization o f other public structures comes a little later. Families with no auxiliary institution, seeking to create and maintain the existing structures and relations in the country, where the main condition is realizing human potential, are an institution which has unique features, a significant impact on personality formation and social development. Family, as the first social institution, has a major impact on children’s education, but the moment their child starts attending an educational institution, their care fo r the child’s education and upbringing is reduced. Parents stop being interested in their child problems and achievements, leaving education and training to an educational institution. It is commonly observed that only few parents communicate with teachers; educational institutions are reluctant to participate in community life. Family as an institution leads to pre-school children’s education complexity. Development o f parental rights and obligations stems from their need to fin d a qualified educational assistance to their children’s education area. Therefore, educational institutions are addressing both issues o f parental education and the development offormal models o f micro studying. In this way parents are allowed to learn in the same environment which nurtures their children. This is consistent with parents’ and teachers’ needs, helping to address children’s educational development issues. A t the same time preschool institutions encourage parents, as adidt groups, to take a personal interest in education in general, as well as in orientation in the preschool modernization. This article deals with andragogy system provided to by implemented in school life, suitable fo r a child to learn how to create a climate and motivation to maintain appropriate learning and life conditions. Andragogy means encouraging parents to become involved in community activities in educational institutions as its members not only contribute in an active way to the management o f their children’s education institutions, but also benefit from acquiring planning, coordination, organization and evaluation skills.
