Abstract (en)
At different times Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia reformed the mechanism of labour disputes resolution. The most recent reform has been introduced in Lithuania, where a national labour disputes model, regardless of clear differences, was linked to the Estonian one. However, despite common historical, political and cultural features of these countries, with several commonalities they have chosen different ways to resolve labour disputes. This paper focuses on the regulation of labour disputes resolution in the Baltic States, with particular focus on the resolution of Lithuanian labour disputes.
