Abstract (en)
The article deals with the analysis of the issues of protection and defence of human rights in the context of legal labour relations. After having analysed the aspects of legal regulations and the application of legal practice, the author suggests to reform the institute of individual labour disputes. The model for the reform is suggested to be chosen with reference to the experience and example of European Union countries as well as other neighbouring countries.
