Straipsnyje atskleidžiama mokytojo bendravimo kompetencijos raiška ir jos įtaka penktokų mokyklinei adaptacijai. Atlikto tyrimo pagrindu ivertinami mokytojo ir penktos klases mokinių tarpusavio bendravimo ypatumai mokyklinės adaptacijos aspektu.
Within this article we reveal the importance of teacher's communication competence in school adaptation processes for the fifth graders. All children pass trough several adaptation periods at school. Passage to the secondary school is related to specific difficulties that children encounter and have to overcome. A pupil who graduates from the primary school and starts to attend the fifth form faces against series of social and personal disturbs such as new teaching peculiarities, many subject teachers, different school and classmates, classroom changes: loosing the constant working place and environment, new evaluation system, etc. The first marks often disappoint schoolchildren ant their parents. A child suffers from stress, lives through insecurity, anxiety, lack of confidence, anxiety, despair and concern states. [...].
