In the part "Jurisprudence of courts in the area of consumers' right protection" focus is given on Lithuania Republic Supreme Court cases' related to consumers' rights protection overview and analysis. Consumers' rights protection cases are attributed to the category of civil cases. Every year the number of such cases is slowly but consistently growing. The court, while protecting consumers' rights follows two sources - Civil Code and Consumers' rights protection law.
