Abstract (en)
The article introduces a Biographic Work method as a method for establishing dialogue among generations, applicable in adult education and serving association among people of different ages. Challenges of world economies, sočiai life and ecology demand not only restructuring economy būt also restructuring the systems of sočiai wellbeing and education. The purpose of such, chi anges is to highlightthe importance ofthe idea of sustainability for the society andthis in its own turn calls for changes in the educational and learning aims. For this reason the system of adult education embracing young and older people's education is a part to key changes in the implementing the new ideas and fostering the society’s capacityforchange.
