Straipsnyje organizacijų teorijų kontekste apibrėžiamos naujosios viešosios vadybos (NW) metodologinės analizės pozicijos. NVV koncepcijos teorinių pamatų ieškoma pagrindinėse organizacijų teorijų grupėse, sisteminant bei aptariant moksliniuose darbuose pateikiamus NVV struktūriniai elementus - decentralizaciją privatizaciją, rinkos sąlygų viešajame sektoriuje formavimą piliečių dalyvavimą privataus sektoriaus valdymo metodų taikymą.
The objective of this paper is to analyze the genesis of NPM in the context of organizational theories and the main structural elements. Theoretic background for NPM concept rests on general theoretic groups of organizations. Group of classic or formal theories, group of sociopsychological theories and group of modem theories affected the New Public Management. Author analyses structural elements of NPM presented: centralization, privatization, formation of market conditions in public sector, participation, application of private sector management methods.
