Abstract (en)
This article refers to the fundamentals of the formation of legal regulation of surveillance after Lithuania has regained her independence. Besides, legality regime of the use of separate surveillance acts has been commented upon as well as the collisions of norms regulating some activities of surveillance have been pointed out and thoroughly analysed in the article.
