The assessment of Lithuania's general education school activities resulting is a constant process that could be divided into stages: · Inspection. · Educational inspection. · Search for harmony in assessment and self-assessment. Also the methodology of internal audit in Lithuanian schools of general education as a possibility to assess school activities resulting, the stages of research organization and the findings are presented in this article. Empirical research and document analysis revealed that methods of internal audit in Lithuania's schools of general education could be used as school activities resulting research for it is a systematic and complex system involving all the processes in school activity.
