Abstract

To consider the question of legal business in all its aspects definitely causes difficulties. This is the relevant question on the integration towards European Communities. The Government of Lithuania has made a big influence to improve this point. For example, there are adopted a few legal acts on the stimulating and developing the minor business in our Republic. But this is a side, which we can see from the side-on. At the meantime, there are many recommendations to improve economic situation in the Republic. Those are: a) create the instruments in purpose to stimulate the core of minor business; and b) stimulate the relation ships between research establishment and other institutions like sunrise industries or other companies. As we can see, this is the time, when we have to create our legal basis harmonizing this with the legal basis of EC. This is a main point to maintain our integration process to the Western Europe. Is this a truth, that we are not competitive to cooperate or harmonize our legal acts in domestic law? Just think it over and maybe the question will be answered.
