Abstract

The sphere of physical education and sport is characterized by its dual purpose in country's life. First, it plays a very important role in slving the problems of community wellness. Second, this sphere creats additional posibilities for expressing country's policy and economy in world area. The efficacy of physical education and sport management is a versatile relevant and directly associated question in defining the priorities of modern community as well as country's development. The aim of the paper is to dispute and motivate the updates factors and alternatives of physical education and sport. The management (control) problems and the search for the alternative ways to solve them are considered to be the underlying in the development of physical education and sport.
