There are a lot of possibilities of this research application; however, investigating criminal offenses, all of them are not used on the legal, organizational, human resources, and lack of information. Psychophysiological research is used if other means of criminal procedure are not possible or fail, when it is not possible from a number of suspe cted persons to identify the person who has committed an offense, or to confirm that the person in volved in the crime, as well as to determine each person’s role in the offense, and to specify the offense circumstances, to establish the offense tool, to identify items that have significance to the case, to investigate and examine the location, to confirm or deny, to clarify the parties’ testimonies made during the pretrial investigation, to check the versions and interpret perjury.
