Abstract

Development of ICT effects the markets and creates new trends of business. Processes of integration are becoming more powerful in the economical and political sectors. The well-developed telecommunication systems, computerized information technology, standardized products create conditions for a new Cosmo politically global culture, which is free from any national restrictions and we called it- knowledge economy. The rapid changes of business environment create a challenge for management theories: how to react to these changes, how to changes business management processes in time, how to integrate ICT in business, what ICT solutions etc. This main challenges and ICT influence on management are analysed in this article. The ICT and management theories timeline analysis shows the relation between analysed ICT and management sectors. Cyclic development tendencies and the much rapid evolution, shortening intervals between cycles are noticed as well. This research shows one more challenge for the management science: necessity of new ways of rapid change management solutions.
