The digitization of administrative justice in Ukraine

This article deals with the current state of introduction of new technologies in administrative proceedings in Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to analyze the means and areas of digitalization of justice, the results of implementation, and future prospects. This article makes relevant the rapid process of digitizing the procedures related to the implementation of the functions of the branches of government. This process is due to the policy of the new government in Ukraine, which won the 2019 election. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation presented the “State in a smartphone” program of further development of digitalization, which has already been partially implemented in the “Action” mobile application. In addition to current modernization projects, the digitalization of the administrative judiciary began long before the announcement of the above-mentioned development program. There is a Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System in test mode in Ukraine, which includes electronic document management, electronic correspondence, automatic distribution of cases, etc.
