Bendrą darbo ir poilsio laiko trukmę nustato Lietuvos Respublikos darbo kodeksas. Tačiau darbo teisės požiūriu sveikatos prieþiûros specialistai ėël savo darbo pobūdžio ir sąlygų priskiriami ypatingai darbuotojų kategorijai. Straipsnyje apžvelgiamos LR norminiuose teisės aktuose numatytos išimtys koreguoti šių darbuotojų darbo ir poilsio trukmę.
Abstract (en)
The labour code of Lithuanian Republic regulates working and rest time. Specialists of health care institutions because of their work speciality and conditions are set down to peculiar employees category according to Laws of labour. In the article there are presented exceptions of Laws of Lithuanian Republic, which change such specialists’ working and rest time.
