Prancūzijos socialinio draudimo sistemos transformacijos problemos

Šiame straipsnyje aptariama socialinio draudimo sistema ir jos raida bei reformų tendencijos Prancūzijoje, analizuojant, kokios prielaidos lėmė sistemos kompleksiškumą ir specialiosios sistemos – laisvųjų profesijų socialinio draudimo atsiskyrimą nuo bendrosios socialinio draudimo sistemos. Analizuojama, kokias įmokas moka asmenys, pasirinkę bendrąjį ir laisvųjų profesijų socialinį draudimą, kokios specifinės išmokų rūšys bei ypatumai skirtingose sistemose, pateikiamos išvados.

In this article the social security system and it’s development in France is analysed; the analysis, the assumptions of the complexity of the French system and the relations between general and special system – independant professions social security systems is presented. In this article author analyses the level of the social insurance contributions, identifies specific types of benefits, other specific regulations in the general and independant professions social insurance schemes.
