The authors are analyses the problem of interpreting juridical knowledge as a special knowledge both in the section of the theory of law and criminalistics, as well as in the section of lawmaking and judicial practice. The authors deliberately inserts this analysis into the framework of dialectics, since the article begins with a discus- sion of different approaches, their synthesis and ends with substantial generalisa- tions. The article provides an analysis of the cases in which juridical knowledge can be used as a special knowledge and how they can be used. Although the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania do not explicitly provide for the use of juridical know- ledge as special knowledge, authors analyses this issue solely from ideological po- sitions illustrating the realities and requirements of judicial practice, as well as a pragmatic approach.
