The goal of this research is to define the concept of collaborative law and distinguish main characteristics of such dispute resolution procedure that can let us consider it as bringing society towards more sustainable dispute resolution. Thus the object of the research – collaborative law, as dispute resolution procedure, its main features and capability to be qualified as sustainable. The research is composed of introduction, three parts and conclusions. Introduction provides a brief overview of the object of that research and its goal, part one describes the evolution of collaborative law, in part two concept of collaborative law and its main characteristics are overviewed and in the third part analysis of sustainability in collaborative law process is presented. Conclusion gives main ideas of the assignment of that work in brief.
