Developing a Socially Effective Mechanism of Management in Conditions of Strengthening the Socially Oriented Economy

Abstract

The reproduction of an effective model of a socially oriented economy in the current conditions of global transformation, the provision on this basis of qualitative economic growth and, in general, of sustainable development as an integral attribute of the civilizational progress of society, requires continuous improvement and transformation of the national economic mechanism, the socialization of its decisive functions. Socialization of the economic mechanism is an extremely important process of social orientation, because of its relative autonomy in the economic system, changes in it may not be inadequate to changes in the deep spheres of economic relations. The conceptual-functional analysis of the post-Soviet period shows that systemic changes, which include structural and institutional transformations, which are part of the formation of a rational management mechanism, should become common in the processes of market transformation of the administrativecommand economy.
