Article topic is of interest because that the barriers and ignorance of efficiency of internal communication in the organization leads to communication problems that pervades all the processes of an organization and have a negative value for the organization performance indicators. Studies in most cases analyze a particular problem of internal communication in the organization, but few studies were performed in order to identify a set of barriers in the particular organization in order to find possible links between barriers. The object of article is internal communication in the organization. The objective is to examine internal communication barriers within organization and identify possible solutions. In order to achieve above mentioned aim some goals were erected: to discuss the concept of effective internal communication and its implications to the organization; to analyze the major internal communication barriers in the organization; to identify the key internal communication barriers in the organization; based on the empirical results of the study provide recommendations for the organization managers to improve internal communication in the organization. The article was based on research methods: content analysis of the scientific literature, survey and quantitative data analysis.
