Abstract

Representation in the familial legal relationships is characterized with some specifics and peculiarities, which are exhibiting in this work by systematic analyzes method. Representation in the familial legal relationships in Lithuania is regulated by Lithuanian civil code’s ordinary provisions and also with the provisions committed for the family’s legal relations. Separated in the work are analyzing specifics and peculiarities of representation in the familial legal relationships, also differences between others representations types, representation’s sides rights and duties and the primes principals of theirs activities. In this work are dispute types of representation in the familial legal relationships and subsequences of ineligible representation. With the comparative analysis are analyzing different regimes of spouses property in the some foreign countries, taking account, how much it’s important for these relations. Therefore in this work are tender and the ordinary representation’s activity’s restraints, and also complimentary requirements for the representation of familial members. Work analyzes grounds of the representation in the Lithuania and in the some foreign countries. Work also point exceptions from the ordinary representation’s relationships, which are important for the representation in the familial legal relationships, on this way separating the importance of these relations and almost invisible distinction between the personally and property relationships.
