In cooperation with police institutions, when theirs operations arrange juridical rules and it’s in due form coordinate, make very effective common engagements in the methods of international criminality, which help provide public security of EU. At the moment judging police cooperation and analyzing mechanism of activity coordination, we can follow regulation of international police activities, which is establish in legislation of EU. At the moment, international security branch of states get in EU III stanchion’s intergovernmental cooperation domain, where political decisions receivable common all states accord. Hereafter, when with Amsterdam’s pact help, Schengen acquis was incorporated in EU legal system, converted international police cooperation’s quality, commenced operative new instruments of cooperation. Forward is progressing multidimensional program on account of EU common liberties, securities, and justices space creation, otherwise is calling The Hague’s program. The members of EU is realizing police activities coordination’s and juridical regulation’s account, they accept strategically decisions and next is seeking for concerted police institutional cooperation and alike fortified this much in national, this much in international level.
