One of the today’s actual problems is children protection and institutional care of them. Child without parents needs multiple and quality social pedagogical and psychological help with excellent organized child care system. The main aim of research is to examine personnel point of view to children’s, who live in foster homes social and psychological preparation to leave institution and psychosocial need of service. Main intentions - Child, child care, foster homes, social integration. Were interviewed 52 respondents of five foster homes. Research results shows that children have wide range of social and psychological problems and are not ready to live independently. Most of the problems try to solve administrators but not social workers or psychologists. At the end author gives practical recommendations how to fix problems in foster homes
