Biudžeto formavimo principų taikymo problemos

Abstract

Budget is the main finansikal plan of the state. Tne government draw up the plan following the constitution and the law of budget structure. The basic principles of budget formation and the practical realization of them are enumerated in this article. In addition, the main problems of budget formation in Lithuania, relationship between tne budgets of the state and local administrations, tax system's influence on budget are discussed in this article too. It's suggested to refuse various budgets and funds in order to form consolidativ state budget, which will be easer understandable, easier and cheaper admiistrated so that will help to create compact financial system in our contry. Negative economic effect in economy arise when independence of regular citizens is disturbed and their interests are ignored.
