Abstract

The penetration of information technologies in different states governed areas incentive the needs of political, administrative processes limpidity and effectiveness. Nowadays in Europe and all world appears political and scientific initiatives, especially actively analysed the introduced new information technologies in the voting process, health security, tax compose and administration, education, selfgovernment and etc. In those social life areas, which traditionally are criticised because of simple quality of public services, big expenditures, the lack of effectiveness and etc. E-elections are a new term, which seeks to define the extension of information technologies and electronic space into most important institute of the whole democratic state – elections. E-voting is often maintained as the measure, with the help of which can be mad effective decisions in the government of state, and to ensure the participation of citizens in daily life of the state. Concrete e-elections expression – idea of e-elections – has its enthusiastic supporters and sceptic opponents. In this work are discussed all kind of opinions, the practice of different countries in the organisation on e-elections and other questions related with e-elections.
