Local administrations as institutions of public sector, accomplished mission indicated of Lithuania’s Republic Constitution – serve to society, service to visitors. One of them – render services. Nowadays service quality gain more importance in public sector institutions, therefore is being striven to satisfy visitors rendering service of high quality. In introduction the goal of work is formulated: to analyse local administrations, as public sector service institutions, rendering service quality, to mark out existing problems. In order to reach the goal, tasks of work are pointed out: to analyse, what is the service quality and fate factors in public sector - local administration. Elucidate rating means of service quality. To analyse service quality in local administration of Rokiskis district, Leading interview and questionnaires. In theoretical part service and service quality, needs of consumers of local administrations, is being investigated using scientific methodologistic literature, urgent law acts. Politicians, visitors and workers of local administration of Rokiskis district were questionnaired in order to find out quality of service in local administration. The result of questionairing is being presented in investigational part. Marked obtained data, generalized results. Conclusions of work are being presented. Conclusions show that service quality, in local administration of Rokiskis district, is not properly effective and not corresponding to visitors needs. Service sphere improvements, recommendations, which could help to improve provided service quality in local administration, were pointed out in conclusion. In the end of work additions are being presented.
