Abstract

Building devolopment is a very important government property. It shows national economic condition. Legal rapport constructions controlled by juridical project rules and other juridical property rules (exm., anti-pollution juridical standards). Legal rapport constructions might be defined like an juridical standard regulated by social rappot between construction subjects, which have rights and duties protected socialy. Final work decomposite on three parts: pheoretical, analitical and results. The subject of research is JSC „Fortesta“ administration and observation. The Purpose to know what helps and what prevent company work smoothly I shared-out the quastionnaire to white-collars. At the beginning of the final work i have hypothesize: „Ligal-administrative system which regulate construction is not enought effective“. After made analysizes and after received results my hypothesis proved. The made research showed where the ligal-administrative system has limitations. At the end of the final report i have made conclusion and give the offers how to exclude the limitations.
