The child is the future of all the society, that's why many of national, regional and international organizations the rights of the child concerns as a main subject. The study identifies five different phases in the evolution of children’s rights at the international level since the beginning of the twentieth century, each phase brought something new. The most important that happened was the adoption of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child on 1989. It is the Child’s rights constitution. At the same time it is the comprehensive list of the rights guaranteed for every child threw the World. The Committee on the Rights of the Child is established considering to this Convention. The Council of Europe having regards to the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child signed up the European convention on the exercise of Children’s rights. The Convention is dealing with matters not already covered by the United Nation’s Convention and any overlap with the United Nations Convention is avoided. The present Convention facilities the exercise of the substantive rights of children by strengthening and creating procedural rights which can be exercised by children themselves or through other persons or bodies. The problems national, regional or international organization stuck with are the same: corporal punishment, sexual abuse, negligence, institutional care. That’s why it is important to cooperate, because the aim is the same – protection and promotion the rights of the Child through the World.
