Abstract

Big role of employees rights prevention is dedicated in contemporary democratic society. Special attention for rights to informing and consulting has been payed after labour code was accepted. In this labour code new attitude was added – employee got the right to be informed about activity of the company he is working at. Work on master’s degree contains of introduction, theoretical part, practical part, conclusions, suggestions, list of literature, summary and supplement. Theoretical part contains of three chapters, which are devided into afterchapters. Practical part is in the fourth part of the work. First part reveals historical development of informing and consulting. Main acts of law are presented, which regulate rights of employees for being informed and consulted. Also attention is payed to actual role of social dialogue in contemporary society. Function of informing and consulting is described, which is realized in various levels of social dialogue. Conception of rights to informing and consulting in foreign countries is discussed in the second part. Role of trade unions in practical realization of employees rights of being informed and consulted is discussed in the third part. The empirical research is presented in the fourth part, accomplished for supplementation of this work of masters degree.
