Abstract

The theme of this final work is “Criminality in the village of Rokiskis’s region”. It is dangerous for society, mass currency, historically changeable social expression which has got criminal-juridical character, which requiring regular control and expressive itself in the village of Rokiskis’s region during some time has made criminal actions totality. In the work is analyzing village’s criminality conception, criminality in the village of Rokiskis’s region expression, elements which influence criminality in the village of Rokiskis’s region and develop the criminal personality and discussing the criminal actions prevention means in the village of Rokiskis’s region of the village of Rokiskis’s region in 2000-2005. In this final are mentioned these mains conceptions: - criminality in the village, dangerous for society, mass currency, historically changeable social expression which has got criminal-juridical character, which requiring regular control and expressive itself in the village during some time has made criminal actions totality - the structure of the village’s criminal personality is describing according the same features as the general meaning of the criminal personality, excepting one main the village’s criminal personality feature – certain area, in which he has done criminal acts. In this research work, exactly, in the village of Rokiskis’s region. - reasons of criminality are social, demographic and economical expressions as a whole, which create criminality as a result, stimulate its regular frequency and determine its existence. - criminality prevention in the village, it is the sum of process and expressions, government, society, its groups, individual citizens actions means which helps to eliminate criminality in the village reasons and conditions.
