Abstract

In the work „Private life confidentiality of patient“ discussing right to privacy, patients rights and private life confidentiality in health care services regulation in national, international and European Union law. In this work we investigate problems that are in regulation or arise while applying them into practice. Special attention is given to children problems, taking into consideration to this group of patient needs and different regulations. We present the data of the research when we surveyed adolescents from 16 years and older. The research shows the most common and important confidentiality problems that occur to patients. We present the conclusions and suggestion how to solve these privacy and confidentiality problems in the end of the research.
