In the context of holisticmedcical treatment infertility is a disease; according to classification of World Health Organisation concerning health problems and diseases (International Disease Classification) sterility ar disease possesses a code. Therefore, sterility disease causes a lot of legal consequences: determination of medicine compensacion order and applying rules of additional ways of treatment, astablishment of foetus protection system, adoption. When applying artificial impregnation infertile pairs have got hopeful expectations to solve infertility problems. However, at presenl Lithuania does not have artificial impregnation law and that results the detemination of compensation order for people experiencing the mentioned disease. There is not any solid system when applying artificial impregnation. So, legalisation of artificial impregnation law is not completed; medical risk and ethic contradictions make it problematic to be financed from the goverment budget. It will be a political decision that will cause imbalance to medical financial means; in dome cases it may break patients rights who are in need of first aid. Adoption is an alternative way of seeking a full family. Although, adoption has no biological link between a child and an adoptive mother, but it can improve family inferiority caused by the mentioned existing disease.
