Problems of investigating human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation : the experience of Ukraine and Lithuania /

Abstract

The authors of this research paper are going to overview and analyze the of one the types of trafficking in human beings: labour exploitation. It is the most difficult type of the trafficking in human beings on the point of view for criminal prosecution, collecting evidence and delineation from infringement of labour law provision, civil law provisions or delineation from administrative offense. The authors of this research paper present the overview of source for illegal incomes for transnational organized crime, some statistic date about situation in Ukraine in the context of labour exploitation, riskiest sectors of economic activity where the highest number of cases of illegal employment of foreigners, is recorded in Lithuania. It might be the clear indication of labour exploitation.
