There is an obvious demand for acknowledgment of foreign countries constitutional systems. The monograph "The Modern Constitution: Studies on Constitutional Regulation in Foreign Countries" written by academics of the Constitutional Law Department of Mykolas Romeris University and published in 2005, has started the new field of research that is related to the experience of foreign countries. The constitutional regulations in certain countries were analyzed in the said book. The academies of Constitutional Law Department of Mykolas Romeris University propose to the reader the second book from the series -"The Diversity of Constitutional Regulation" - concerning constitutional regulation in foreign countries. This book may be regarded as continuation of the first book mentioned above. Both books are prepared regarding the same concept and have the same purpose - to emphasize the diversity of modern constitutional regulations. They have been written almost by the same team of authors. "The Diversity of Constitutional Regulation" reveals different aspects of modern constitutional regulation. Revised Constitutions are consequences of a long constitutional process in particular countries. They are different in their aim, content and form. Different constitutional experience is the best material for comparison. The titles of the chapter define the content of the issues researched.
