Reflecting on the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030, which emphasises that progress in sustainable development depends on ensuring prosperity, and in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 3, which aims to promote the well-being of all age groups, including children, this study aims to examine the childís legitimate right to communicate with both parents in the context of divorce and support arrangements. Filling the gaps in previous research, our research problem is focused on analysing the impact on sustainability, the childís emotional well-being and the protection of the childís rights in the situation of parental divorce. Following the emergent approach, an instrumental case study design and a qualitative research strategy were employed using methods such as content analysis of legal documents and semi-structured interviews. The research questions addressed two dimensions of the analysis: the factors contributing to the exercise of the childís right to communicate with the separated parent; and violations of the childís rights where the childís right to communicate with both parents is not properly ensured or not at all ensured. The results of this study reveal that the parent living with the child after the divorce acts contrary to the best interests of the child, denying the childís inherent right to be raised and educated by both parents.

Socio-emotional education is referred to as the missing part that links academic knowledge to successes in school, family, community, workplace, and life. Socio-emotional education, in conjunction with academic instruction, aims to lay the groundwork for a sound moral education. This manuscript is aimed at proving that socio-emotional education may improve children’s mental health. In total, 1322 students (of grades K5–K12) participated in this study back in October 2020. A statistically validated and partially modified questionnaire according to The Limbic Performance Indicators™ (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.92, p < 0.000) was used to assess general education school students’ social–emotional competencies. The study uses an abbreviated version of the questionnaire adapted by the Lithuanian Association of Social Emotional Education, which has been adapted with the consent of the selected age group. As a result, this study explores how to determine general education school students’ knowledge and skills in socio-emotional education while also identifying the best pedagogical approaches to addressing socio-emotional education. According to research findings, students that participated in the study displayed more personal values, respect for others, internal balance, collaboration, emotional perception of others, or basic emotional needs. Personal values, respect for others, emotional perception of others, internal balance, support, and basic emotional needs were estimated to be greater in the target group of girls than in the target group of boys.

The actual venue where a basketball game is played needs to be considered (Volossovitch 2017) when looking at the effectiveness of a team's performance playing in front of home crowd. Clarke (2005), Gomez and Pollard (2011) and Bray and Widmeyer (2008) explored the home court advantage topic and argued that this exists and is influenced by various factors (such as familiarity with environment, crowd support and loud arena, shooting percentages, absence of travel, etc.). A top division professional basketball team from Lithuania (Žalgiris Kaunas) was selected for this study using a convenience sample method (Veal and Darcy 2014). Similar to findings from literature, playing at home in front of full capacity crowd was beneficial for Žalgiris Kaunas, as their performances improved for all major statistical categories, alongside with being victorious in 11 out of the 19 home games that were scrutinised for the purpose of the research.

Objective: According to researchers, visuality appeals to the cognitive aspects of image consumption , hence, the nature of information technologies becomes more important than the content itself. Based on this relevance, the article's aim is twofold: when seeking to better understand the phenomenon of visual information to analyse the visual communication experience of public relation professionals who apply visual solutions to achieve a specific effect in their work. Methodology: A quasi-structured in-depth interview of the experts and the method of inter-pretive phenomenological analysis were used to gather and process the data of the research. Findings: The paper presents insights into the interaction between receiver's visual information experience and one's world view. The research revealed that the visual information influences a person's perception and interpretation of a message when it serves as supplement for information alongside text in press, advertisement, etc. Value Added: Based on the research, the visual information experience was defined as an instantaneous action of giving meaning to personal experience and imagination by finding the intersection of narratives between the image and oneself. Recommendations: A narrow boundary exists between the stimulation and constriction of the observer's imagination when analysing the visual message. With the help of image communication , a new reality can be created. To reach effective communication, it is recommended to avoid abstract images that allow the observer's imagination to give it whole other meanings than intended by the sender of the message.

In this study, the authors have investigated supply and demand drug shortage causes and highlighted the collaborative business model in solving drug shortages. The aim of this research is to build a collaborative business model helping to investigate how to deal with drug shortages. The authors have included employee and patient relationship into collaborative business model. Following the analysis of the evolution of the term "business model", it is noted that the evolution of the term is closely linked to the development of B2(B2B) (McGlinchey and Toews 2017). In scientific literature there are mentioned more than 50 elements of the concept structure of the business model. In the study authors provided patient-centric business model and selected 9 main structure elements connected to the areas of key resources, key activities, and value system. The study consists of three parts. In the first one, the paper discloses the concept of a business model and the evolution of business models. In the second part, address the importance of links between distribution channel partners to solve drug shortage causes in distribution channel. The legal regulation provided in a good practice of supply of medicine in the chain and the right of the patients were highlighted to access to the goods and services. In the third part, the application of business model scenario in the pharma sector that might guarantee high level of protection of human health is presented. Herein several medical distribution channel scenarios are compared and their influence on drug shortage is presented. The research study is based on time horizon and event tree analysis.

Abstract While many studies explain the contributions of economics and environmental protection to social sustainability, and discuss how to achieve sustainable development (SD) through education, less is known about change processes in order to ensure the sustainable development at school. The authors emphasize that as active members of the school community, students should get involved in the school transformation processes. However, is a contemporary school ready for this? The study aims at answering the following questions: How are students as active participants of educational relationship involved in the change processes and how should their involvement be managed seeking sustainability by examining the education institution located in Lithuania? The findings demonstrate that the process of the student involvement in the school transformation process has been explored applying the qualitative approach strategies (integrated theoretical model for change management and case study) from two points of view: theoretical (by analyzing the documents governing the school transformation process) and practical (by analyzing the reflections of the school principalís in-depth interview concerning the student involvement in school transformation processes). Key words: student, rules for students, sustainability, process of change

In the contemporary world, career counseling professionals need to focus on skills that help people bring benefit from positive chances and minimize the damage of negative events. The Planned Happenstance Career Inventory (PHCI) was created to measure these skills. The main aim of the present study was to test the dimensionality and concurrent validity of the PHCI scores in a Lithuanian student sample. A heterogeneous sample of undergraduates participated in the study (N ¼ 1,064). Confirmatory factor analyses revealed four interrelated planned happenstance skill factors. A fifth––the flexibility factor––was found to function in a separate manner. To further test for concurrent validity, the PHCI scores were correlated with a range of positive career development variables, namely, goal adjustment, academic major satisfaction, and vocational identity. The results supported the hypothesized links, thereby providing evidence on the validity of PHCI scores among Lithuanian students.

The goal of the present article is to compile a corpus of indicators of eHealth development evaluation that would essentially reflect stakeholder approaches and complement technical indicators of assessment of an eHealth system. Consequently, the assessment of the development of an eHealth system would reflect stakeholder approaches and become an innovative solution in attempting to improve productivity of IT projects in the field of health care. The compiled minimum set of indicators will be designed to monitor implementation of the national eHealth information system. To ensure reliability of the quality research, the respondents were grouped in accordance to the geographical distribution and diversity of the levels and types of the represented jobs and institutions. The applied analysis implies several managerial insights on the hierarchy of eHealth indicators. These insights may be helpful in recommending priority activities in implementation of an eHealth data system on the national or international level. The research is practically useful as it is the first to deal with the topic in Lithuania and its theoretical and practical aspect are particularly relevant in implementation of an eHealth data system in Lithuania.

This is an attempt to give some ideas clustered around the fruitful studying of philosophy. First, a good study situation would require the student to participate in the object-subject dialogue due to the fact that the philosophical studies are an active dialogue between the text and the subject. Second, philosophy is a paradigmatically and historically oriented institution. The idea is that we are currently facing a crisis in phylosophy, and this crisis constitutes a major problem for the studies of philosophy. The metamorphosis of the concept of phylosophy in contemporary philosophy is related to the new problem of the interconnections between the object and the subject, new ways of conceiving the truth and a renewed social problem of the interconnections between the object and the subject, new ways of conceiving the trutgh and a renewed social force of philosophy.
