The article deals with the problem of teleworking. Due to the constraints of the pandemic, the education sector has undergone a dramatic change, with teachers and students en masse moved to work from home. In the past, digital solutions have gradually penetrated the education sector, but the pandemic has turned the process into social innovation in the broad sense and performance innovation in the narrow sense. The latter aspect is addressed in this article. The paper aims to reveal the effect of the transition to teleworking on employees in the education sector. Based on the survey results, the study reports experiences of higher education and colege professors, secondary schools and vocational schools' teachers and managerial staff in terms of personal wel-being, management quality, and performance. The paper is novel in terms of the scope of the study: it analyses the teleworking issue in different educational institutions. In addition, the study compares the experiences of education staff and managers. There is a lack of such research in the scientific literature in the education sector. The research confirms that telecommuting managers experienced less shock and fatigue than professors and teachers. In addition, university professors proved to be the best prepared to work in innovative ways, but they also rated the performance of their managers' management work the worst among all educational institutions. Meanwhile, while teachers in secondary schools rated telework the most negatively, they rated the ability of their leaders to lead the team in extraordinary conditions the best. The research results can be useful for education leaders and policymakers as well as for researchers dealing with the topics of teleworking, teachers' job performance, employee fatigue, and leadership competencies. performance.

Theoretical Economics Letters. [Wuhan] : Scientific Research Publishing Inc., 2021, vol. 11, no. 6., p. 1122-1139

The available literature on the relationship between the tax burden and financial stability is mixed, although some consensus exists on the negative effects of some taxes on economic growth. Since 2008, policymakers have striven to identify the financial vulnerabilities and to avoid the mistakes that led to the Great Financial Crisis. Various scholars studying the impact of tax burden focus on different aspects and generate controversial conclusions therefore a comprehensive methodology for assessing all types of factors and testing this methodology in the European Union (EU) context is lacking. Based on the analysis of scientific sources this paper presents a theoretical model that causally combines the components of tax burden and state financial stability. The newly constructed index was used to assess tax burden and the applicability of the index was verified by assessing the impact of tax burden on state financial stability in the 28 EU countries during the 2005-2019 period. According to the results of the empirical study (regression analysis), the increase in tax burden strengthened state financial stability in three country groups (High Tax Burden/Low Financial Stability; Low Tax Burden/High Financial Stability; Low Tax Burden/Low Financial Stability), while decreased in the High Tax burden/High Financial stability country group

Marketing and management of innovations. Sumy : Sumy State University, 2020, iss. 3., p. 120-132

This paper summarizes the main theoretical points within the scientific discussion on the issue of digitalization in Mass Customization concept and online Mass Customization frameworks. Origins of a stand-alone Mass Customization concept drawback to the second half of the 1990s, but major theoretical content changes and development have been identified in the last 2 decades. An intensive application of combined technology and management solutions, digital society and business transformations in the past decade has shifted the orientation of the concept to intangible products management, customer involvement and mutual value creation via frameworks in the online environment. The main purpose of the research is to reveal and present the role and impact of the digitalization sub-domain to the Mass Customization concept, its transition to the e-concept version and modelling of new combined online customization frameworks. The decision relevance of this scientific problem is multiple issues in transitions of practical organizations to the modern and mixed technological-management approach-based Mass Customization version as well as application limitations of existing online customization frameworks. The analysis of the research topic is carried out in the logical sequence. Firstly, the author presented the influence of the digitalization sub-domain to theoretical transformations of traditional Mass Customization concept. Then, a case study of the organizational transition to electronic Mass Customization and Personalization and online customization frameworks was conducted. Methodological tools and research methods used in the paper have been integrative literature review and narrative synthesis of qualitative findings of 53 articles, and a simplified Robinson conceptual modelling framework together with a c-tuple method for the simulation of new combined online customization frameworks. The research empirically confirms and theoretically proves that within last decade both practical and academic attention to sustainable and agile development of new, fully digital customized products and personalized services as well as flexible online customization frameworks and solutions significantly have increased. Furthermore, here the extent by 6 new online customization frameworks is offered next to 3 standard theoretical online customization frameworks, which became difficult to apply in the environment and preferences of modem e-business organizations and digital end-users. The results of the research can be useful for continuous scientific researches to test and validate 6 new online customization frameworks in a feedback loop part and evaluate the influence of these frameworks to a digital end-user behaviour, their role in frameworks and attitude aspects.
