Smurto artimoje aplinkoje tyrimo kriminalistinė metodika

Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama smurto artimoje aplinkoje samprata, BK 140 straipsnio 2 dalyje numatytos nusikalstamos veikos baudžiamoji teisinė ir kriminalistinė charakteristika. Analizuojama smurto artimoje aplinkoje kriminalistinio tyrimo metodikos pagrindai, ikiteisminio tyrimo situacijos tiriant smurto artimoje aplinkoje nusikalstamas veikas, bei pirminiai ir tolimesni ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmai šios kategorijos nusikalstamose veikose, taip pat nagrinėjamas tarpinstitucinis bendradarbiavimas tiriant smurto artimoje aplinkoje nusikalstamas veikas. Galiausiai analizuojama atskirų ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmų atlikimo smurto artimoje aplinkoje atvejais taktiniai aspektai.

This master thesis examines the concept of violence in a domestic environment, the criminal legal and forensic characteristics of the criminal activity provided in Paragraph 2 of Article 140 of the CC. The basis of the methodology of forensic research in the domestic environment, the pre-trial investigation situations while investigating the acts of violence in the domestic environment, as well as initial and further actions of pre-trial investigation in this category of criminal acts, as well as inter-institutional cooperation in the investigation of criminal acts of violence in the domestic environment are analyzed. Finally, the tactical aspects of individual cases of pre-trial investigation in cases of violence in the domestic environment are analyzed.
