Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotas viešojo intereso gynimo procesas administraciniuose ginčuose. Pirmoje baigiamojo darbo dalyje teoriniu požiūriu buvo analizuojama viešojo intereso samprata ir teismų praktikos nuostatos susijusios su viešojo intereso sąvokos aiškinimu, viešojo intereso gynimo procesiniai aspektai. Antroje baigiamojo darbo dalyje buvo pateikta administracinio ginčo samprata teoriniu lygmeniu. Trečioji baigiamojo darbo dalis skirta administracinių ginčų sprendimų atitinkamose administracinės teisės reguliuojamose srityse apžvalgai, analizuojant teismų praktiką ir kylančias problemas viešojo intereso gynimo procese.

The master's thesis analyses the process of protecting the public interest in administrative disputes. The first part of the thesis theoretically analysed the concept of public interest and the provisions of case law related to the interpretation of the concept of public interest, procedural aspects of public interest protection. The second part of the thesis presented the concept of administrative dispute at the theoretical level. The third part of the master's thesis is devoted to the review of administrative dispute resolution in the relevant fields of administrative law, analysing the case law and emerging problems in the process of public interest protection.
