Universitetas kaip besimokanti organizacija

Magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas yra besimokančios organizacijos bruožai. Darbo tikslas – mokslinių publikacijų besimokančios organizacijos tematika pagrindu atlikti empirinį tyrimą Mykolo Romerio universitete ir apibūdinti požymius, įgalinančius organizaciją vadintis besimokančia. Siekiant atskleisti darbo temą, buvo iškelti šie uždaviniai - remiantis moksline literatūra išnagrinėti besimokančios organizacijos sampratą ir bruožus; aptarti besimokančios organizacijos modelius ir mokymosi metodus; atlikti tyrimą, kuris leistų įvertinti, kaip pasirinktame universitete yra išreikšti besimokančios organizacijos bruožai; palyginti gautus empirinio tyrimo rezultatus su kitų tyrėjų publikuotas tyrimų rezultatais; pateikti rekomendacijas, leidžiančius tirtajai prganizacijai daryti reikšmingesnę įtaką savo, kaip besimokančios organizacijos, vystymuisi.

Master's thesis subject is learning organization traits. Work goal – to perform an empirical research based on the scientific topic of learning organization in Mykolas Romeris University and to describe traits, which allow organization to be named as the learning organization. Following tasks were raised in order to reveal the main topic of this work – to analyse the definition and features of learning organization based on the scientific literature; to discuss models and learning methods of learning organization; to perform research, which would allow the evaluation how learning organization features are expressed in the chosen university; to compare received results of an empiric study with the results obtained by the other researchers; to provide recommendations, which allows researched organization to influence self-development as the learning organization.
